Can I export tasks from a Plan?

Yes, exporting tasks from a Plan in ButtonShift is a really simple process! This allows you to download your task list for offline viewing, reporting, or integration with other tools.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Initiate Export: Hover your mouse over the Plan name within your Worklist. Then, click on the vertical three dots (⋮) icon that appears next to it.
2. Select “Export Tasks”: From the dropdown menu, choose the “Export Tasks” option.
3. Choose File Format: You’ll be prompted to select your desired file format. You can choose between CSV or XLSX.
4. Rename File (Optional): The default file name will be set to <Worklist Name>-<Plan Name>. You can easily rename the file if you prefer.
5. Click on Export: Once you’ve made your selections, click the “Export” button.

Your task list will then be downloaded in your chosen format, ready for your use!
