Yes, absolutely! ButtonShift allows you to both define custom priorities and easily set them for each task within a Worklist.

Setting Priority for an Individual Task

To set the priority for a specific task, simply open the task. Look for the flag icon and click on it to select from the list of available priority options.

Customizing Priorities for a Plan

You can also define custom priority levels and their associated colors for each individual Plan within your Worklist. This helps tailor your priority system to the specific needs of different projects or phases.

To do that:

  1. Hover over the Plan name in your Worklist.
  2. Click on the vertical three dots (⋮) icon that appears next to it.
  3. Select “Edit Plan” from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the “Edit Plan” window, you can then update the priority names, add new ones, remove existing ones, and even set preferred colors for each priority level.

This flexibility ensures your Worklists accurately reflect the importance and urgency of your tasks.
