  2. Set Planned Start Time:
    • Locate the field that says “Start” within the task details.
    • Click on the accompanying ‘When‘ button or text next to “Start.”
    • A calendar and time selector will appear. Add the specific date and time when you plan for the task to begin.
  3. Set Planned Completion Time:
    • Locate the field that says “Complete” within the task details.
    • Click on the accompanying ‘When‘ button or text next to “Complete.”
    • Using the calendar and time selector, add the specific date and time when you plan for the task to be finished.
  4. Save Changes:
    • Click on the “Save” button, or simply close the task window. Your changes will be automatically saved.

And you are all set! With these planned dates in place, you’ll have a clear benchmark to track the task’s progress and measure its performance.
