Is there a limit to the number of Spaces, Collections, and Boards I can create in the workspace?

The limit to the number of Spaces, Collections, and Boards you can create is determined by your subscription plan. The Team Plan offers unlimited creation, while the Starter plan has specific allowances.

Starter Plan (Free)

The free Starter Plan has specific limits on the number of boards you can create and utilize:

• Boards: You are limited to 5 Boards at any given time with a 7 day validity per Board. 
• Spaces & Collections: There is no provision for creation of Spaces & Collections.

Pay-as-you-Go Boards

Pay-as-you-Go allows you to purchase access on a per-Board basis.

• Boards: You can create as many PayG boards as you like with a flexibility to choose from pre-determined validity period, storage options and a few more customizations.
• Spaces & Collections: There is no provision for creation of Spaces & Collections

Team Plan

The subscription-based Team Plan offers full scalability and removes these creation limits:

• Boards: You can create an Unlimited number of Boards.
• Spaces & Collections: You can create an Unlimited number of Spaces and Collections within your workspace.
