How to Manage File Versions

Assuming your file has multiple versions post review and revisions (e.g., v1, v2, v3, v4), here are the steps to set a different version as the current one:

  1. Navigate to your file’s location, either on a board or in your main file list, and click on it to open the content.
  2. In the upper right corner of the open content, click the three vertical dots.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Manage Versions.
  4. A new panel will display all available versions of the file. The version you are currently working on will be clearly marked as the Current Version.
  5. To change the active version, simply hover over any of the older versions in the list. You will see a ‘Set as Current’ button appear.
  6. Click on Set as Current for the desired version.

Once you click the button, that version will become the new current version, allowing you to access it and its corresponding feedback. This ensures you can always manage your content history and revert to a previous state if needed.
