Once your 30-day free trial of the ButtonShift Team Plan ends, your workspace is deactivated, and a strict deletion process begins to protect the resources.
Here is the subsequent timeline of events and the important actions you need to take to save your content:
Phase 1: Deactivation and Grace Period
| Date (Approximate) | Action and Status | What You Need to Do |
| Trial Last Day (30th day) | Your full access will end and your workspace will be deactivated after this day passes. | Your projects and data are safe till this day of your Free Trial. Subscribe to a paid plan to enjoy all the features of a Team Plan. |
| First Reminder (31st day) | Your workspace has been deactivated, and access to full features is limited. | Your content is still retrievable. You must subscribe to a Monthly or Annual Team Plan to restore full access. |
Phase 2: Final Reminders and Deletion
ButtonShift provides an additional 15-day grace period, followed by final reminders before permanent deletion.
| Date (Approximate) | Warning Status | Consequences |
| Final Reminder (44th day) | This is the final 24-hour notice before the scheduled deletion. | Your content becomes irretrievable after this point. |
| Deletion (45th day) | Your ButtonShift workspace and all its content are permanently deleted. | Content is completely unrecoverable. |
Summary
If your trial has ended, you have a limited grace period before your content is permanently deleted.
- To Save Your Work: You must subscribe to a paid ButtonShift Team plan before the specified deletion date.
- If Your Content is Deleted: Your data cannot be recovered. You can, however, always start fresh with the free Starter Plan, Pay-as-You-Go, or a Team Plan if you wish to use ButtonShift again.
