Yes, you can easily send an entire board, including all the files it contains, for review in one simple action.
Once you have uploaded all the necessary files into the Board and they are ready for feedback, follow these steps to initiate the review process:
- Initiate Submission: On your board, click the Submit Board button. This action will open the ‘Request Review’ pop-up window, enabling you to send all the current files on the board for collective review.
- Send the Request: Once you have confirmed the Approver details, click Send.
What Happens Next?
The status of the board changes to ‘In Review’ and the reviewers/approvers you’ve selected will be notified and will be able to view the board and begin adding their feedback. They will also see the review task appear in their Action Center, if you have set a deadline.
