If you decide that you no longer require your Team Plan subscription, you have the flexibility to cancel it at any time.

Follow these simple steps to manage your subscription:

  1. Click on your profile icon located on the left side of your workspace interface.
  2. From the menu that appears, select Account.
  3. On the Account management page, click on Cancel Subscription to confirm your cancellation choice.

What Happens Next?

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current billing cycle:

  • Monthly Plan: Access continues until the end of the 30 day period.
  • Yearly Plan: Access continues until the end of the 1 year period.

You will not be charged again, and access to all your Team Plan features will continue until the paid period concludes.

Important Note on Data: The data in your workspace will be deleted the day after the last day of the active plan. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary files or information before this date.
