If you have successfully paid for a PayG (Pay-as-you-Go) Board but it hasn’t appeared in your account immediately, the payment may simply need to be reconciled.
Follow these simple steps to manually resolve the issue and make your board visible:
- Access Your Account: Click on your profile icon in the top left corner of your workspace.
- Select Account: From the menu that appears, select the Account option.
- Resolve Payment: Navigate to the Transactions section, find the entry for your recent PayG payment, and click the “Resolve Now” button next to it.
Once you click “Resolve Now,” your PayG Board should appear immediately.
